Land Invest LLC is a founder-operated Ohio company that helps land investors and real-estate agents reach the right rural and vacant-land owners — with targeted direct-mail postcard campaigns and county-level land-data reports built entirely from public, official records.
What we do
We build and mail targeted postcard campaigns across all 88 Ohio counties, with lists shaped by owner-level signals like combined acreage, absentee ownership, and county. Alongside the campaigns, we publish county Land Intelligence Briefs and a regularly updated market blog so investors and agents can understand a county before they mail or buy.
How we work with data
Every figure we publish traces to a named, official source — county auditor GIS portals, the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), the Ohio Department of Taxation's CAUV values, and similar public datasets. We cite the source and the date on each report, and we never publish projected returns, predicted appreciation, fabricated statistics, or testimonials. Who's behind it
