No price is shown or charged up front. You tell us your target area and goals, we scope the routes against the USPS tool, and we send a Square invoice for you to review before any work begins.

Planning context only. An EDDM campaign or route report is a mail-planning and delivery-universe sizing artifact. It is NOT a real estate appraisal, title search, or legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does NOT estimate the value of any property.

No performance promise. There is NO guarantee of a mail response rate, a land sale, an offer acceptance, or an investment return. No response rate or return is projected or implied.

USPS figures change without notice. USPS carrier-route boundaries, delivery counts, and EDDM postage pricing are set by the USPS and are subject to change by the USPS without notice. Route counts and postage must be re-confirmed in the official USPS EDDM tool before any mail order is placed.

Government-source data only; consent honored. Parcel and assessed figures are county-record assessed amounts (assessed for tax purposes, not appraised). Only public government-source data (USPS, U.S. Census, county records) is used. Consent and do-not-mail requests are honored, and you remain responsible for USPS and applicable mailing-law compliance.
