What is included

Every route layer, cited and confidence-scored.

Counts and postage come from the USPS EDDM tool and Notice 123; income and household size from the U.S. Census ACS; land-inventory density from county CAMA records. See our data sources.

  • Route id and county for each candidate USPS carrier route
  • Residential and business delivery counts from the USPS EDDM tool
  • EDDM postage per piece from the current USPS Notice 123 price list
  • Total estimated cost at your quantity, itemized
  • Census ACS context — median household income and household size for the route area
  • Land-inventory density — vacant / rural parcel concentration from county CAMA records
  • Every layer cited to its public source and dated, with a confidence score on each

How to read it

Cited, dated, and non-guaranteeing.

The report helps you compare routes on cost and fit with public evidence — it never projects a response or an outcome.

  • A planning artifact from USPS, Census, and county records — not a performance promise
  • USPS route boundaries, counts, and postage are subject to change and re-confirmed before ordering
  • Parcel and assessed figures are county-record assessed amounts (assessed for tax purposes, not appraised)
  • No response-rate, sale, offer-acceptance, or return promise of any kind

FAQ

Plain answers about the route report.

Is the route report a promise of results?

No. It is a route-selection and economics planning report. It sizes the delivery universe and cost so you can choose routes with public evidence. It does not promise a response, an offer, a sale, or a return.

Are the counts and postage final?

No. USPS carrier-route boundaries, delivery counts, and EDDM postage are set by the USPS and can change without notice. We re-confirm counts and pricing in the official USPS EDDM tool before any mail order is placed.

What is the confidence score?

Each data layer carries a confidence score and a dated source, following our public source and confidence contract, so you can see how current and how well-supported every figure is.

How much does it cost?

It is request-first. You tell us your target counties or ZIPs and goals, we scope the routes against the USPS tool, and we send a Square invoice for you to review before any work begins. Nothing is charged today.
