Campaign terms for Land Invest LLC postcard orders

Effective date: April 8, 2026

Scope

Land Invest LLC provides campaign planning, postcard layout support, mailing list coordination, print coordination, and USPS mailing workflow management for land-focused direct mail campaigns.

Orders and approval

Submitting an order request does not begin production. Campaign details are reviewed first, and an invoice is issued for approval and payment.

Payment

Production begins after the applicable invoice or payment request is paid. Square is the planned live payment path, but the current local build does not process payments yet.

Client materials

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their contact information, website links, calls to action, and uploaded brand assets.

Delivery timing

Estimated production and mailing windows are provided in good faith but may vary based on list preparation, print queues, and USPS delivery timing.

Liability

Land Invest LLC is not responsible for lead conversion results, recipient response rates, or third-party mailing delays outside its control.
