Is the go/no-go flag a guarantee?

No. The go/no-go flag and buy-price range are analyst opinion based on available comps and public data. They are informational and screening only — never an appraisal, approval, investment advice, or a guarantee of value or outcome. Final decisions are entirely yours.

Do I pay before the screening starts?

No. You submit the parcel details first. We review feasibility and send a Square Invoice after scoping the job.

How is this different from the Property Data Package?

Deal Screening adds 3–5 comparable sales, a buy-price range, and a go/no-go flag to the standard parcel research. It is condensed (4–6 pages) and rush-prioritized in the queue.

What if I need it faster than the rush window?

Select the Emergency option in the request form. Emergency requests are for weekend and after-hours delivery.
