Do I pay before the research starts?

No. You submit the parcel details first. We review feasibility and send a Square Invoice after scoping the job.

What if the parcel cannot be researched?

We will contact you with a feasibility note. If we cannot complete the research, no payment is collected.

Is this a title search or appraisal?

No. This package aggregates publicly available records only. It is not a title search, boundary survey, lien search, or licensed real estate appraisal.

What counties are supported?

All 88 Ohio counties. Data depth varies by county auditor system and available records.
