Refund guidance for postcard campaign work

Effective date: April 8, 2026

Before production

If a campaign is canceled before production begins, Land Invest LLC may issue a refund minus any non-recoverable setup costs that have already been incurred.

After production starts

Once artwork is approved, mailing lists are purchased, or print production begins, refunds may be limited because third-party fulfillment costs are already committed.

Errors and corrections

If Land Invest LLC makes a documented production error, the company will work with the client on a reasonable correction plan, which may include reprint or credit consideration.
